1. Order processing time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Please note:
- Processing time is separate from shipping time.
- During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States (primary market)
- Additional regions may be served through separate country-specific websites
3. Shipping methods & delivery time
We use trusted carriers such as USPS for deliveries.
Estimated delivery time (United States):
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on:
- Location
- Carrier delays
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
4. Shipping charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
5. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped:
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number
- You can track your shipment using the provided link
If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
6. Delays & shipping issues
While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details
The Simplist is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will assist you in resolving issues wherever possible.
7. Incorrect address / failed delivery
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees may apply
8. Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order:
- Please check with neighbors or your local delivery office
- Contact the carrier directly (e.g., USPS)
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
We will review the case and may assist at our discretion.
9. Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will evaluate and offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.
10. International shipping (future)
For customers outside the United States:
- Orders may be fulfilled through region-specific websites
- Shipping times, costs, and policies may vary
11. Order modifications & cancellations
- Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
